At Optical Factor, we take pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original packaging intact.

  • Prescription Glasses: As prescription glasses are custom-made to order, they are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, personalized products, and custom-made items (such as prescription glasses) cannot be returned.

  • Once we approve your return, we will provide you with further instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for a different item.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a refund or exchange.
